Academic Monitoring System (AMS) was developed to facilitate faculty to enter academic data like Teaching Plan, Attendance of Class on a daily basis. This software also facilitate faculty to upload all academic data pertaining to his / her teaching load. This makes easy to monitor each and every activity pertaining to academics.
PCE ASK (Attitude Skills and Knowledge) Portal
ASK provides mentor / faculty and mentee / student with a web application for interaction and storage of vital information. For the mentee, the ASK portal provides the facility to keep all their academic data and co-curricular data in one place which the mentor can view and review any time. Mentee academic data like under graduation, graduation and other examination data can be stored. A mentee can store details regarding workshop attended, skills, academic and non-academic achievements and also extracurricular data they have performed. A mentor can overview varied data of their mentee to continuously keep track of mentee progress. A mentor can also periodically store interaction details with a mentee. Portal also provides placement officer to generate reports related to student academic and co-curricular records.
Faculty Portal
Performance evaluation of faculty members in higher education is a serious challenge for management. Several qualitative and quantitative factors are considered leading to targeted professional growth of an organization to evaluate the performance, such as acquiring research grants, research profile, student evaluation, publications, academic responsibilities etc. However, to quantify such information is a difficult task. We use faculty portal to overcome this hurdle. The performance based evaluation system is made available to all faculty member to upload there academic activities done throughout the academic year.
Library Patron Portal
Library patron portal provide easy interface for users to access details regarding book circulation details. The users of the portal can check heir current issued books which also provide the date of issue and due date of the books. The portal provides patron to get there past paid fine details and there current due amount. Patrons of the library through this portal can see the books which are due.
